Hours: 5-10 hours per week

Join Fair Game, a not-for-profit movement championing sustainability, transparency, and community in football. We're looking for a Volunteer Fundraising Executive to support our growing fundraising efforts and help drive impact at speed.

About the Role

As a Volunteer Fundraising Executive, you'll report directly to the Chief Fundraising Officer and play a key role in delivering our fundraising strategy. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who loves to take action, thrives on following a plan, and enjoys completing tasks quickly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with implementing fundraising campaigns and donor outreach

  • Research potential funding sources, partners, and grant opportunities

  • Track progress against fundraising plans and keep documentation updated

  • Help write and format fundraising materials, emails, and reports

  • Keep fundraising databases and contact lists up to date

  • Provide general admin and logistical support for fundraising activities

  • Follow up on action items and ensure tasks are completed on time

What We’re Looking For

  • A natural doer: you take initiative and get things done

  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

  • Comfortable working at pace while maintaining accuracy

  • Organised, reliable, and able to work independently

  • Strong written communication and tech-savvy (Google Workspace or MS Office)

  • Passionate about sport, social impact, and ethical reform

  • Previous fundraising or admin experience is a bonus—not a must
