what to expect
Day One: Setting the agenda for football’s future (Tuesday 24 March)
A deep dive into the major structural and financial challenges in football today. With the introduction of an independent regulator, changing ownership models, and concerns over financial fairness, the sport is at a crossroads.
This day is designed for club executives, policymakers, fan groups, finance experts, and those working in governance to explore what comes next for football’s regulatory landscape and collectively build potential solutions.
There will be 15 focused workshops on issues such as sexism in football, fan ownership, sportswashing, and encouraging diversity – each 90-minutes long and designed to conclude with realistic solutions and recommendations.
Day Two: A Game for Everyone (Wednesday 25 March)
AA broad and accessible day of discussions on football’s biggest issues, suitable for industry professionals, politicians, students, fans, and campaigners alike. This day will tackle the topics shaping the football experience at all levels through a series of panels. The day will have a wider audience and include a wide range of stalls split into two areas: Football For Good (charities, NFP organisations and campaigners); and football clubs sharing their experience of crisis.
