What we are Looking For

We're thrilled to share that Fair Game has experienced incredible growth recently, and we're on the brink of making a significant impact. As a volunteer-driven initiative, we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual eager to contribute to Fair Game's commercial goals. 

This volunteer position is a fantastic chance for someone keen on gaining insights into the football industry and expanding their connections, setting the stage for a promising career in sports management or governance. If this resonates with you, you might just be the person we need to help shape the future of football in an extraordinary way.

Main Responsibilities

(Don’t worry, you won’t be doing all of these on your own)

  • Support the Commercial Manager in developing and delivering Fair Game’s multi-stream fundraising and partnering strategy.

  • To research and identify potential grants and funds that support Fair Game’s objectives.

  • To prepare high-quality grant applications, including writing and editing content, and production of documents in support of the respective applications.

  • End-to-end management of grant applications, including updating the respective libraries and funnels for management reporting.

  • Managing tender emails, portals, and websites for grant applications, identifying opportunities and future pipeline, registering interest, and downloading the relevant documents.

  • Evaluating and identifying areas for improvement from tender and bid feedback.

  • To attend a fortnightly one-hour management meeting.
