    Experience:
    Tom is in the process of his final year of University at St Mary’s. In the completion of his final year, Tom is writing a thesis on the lack of BAME representation in football, a topic he feels is relevant and has a lot of passion for. Furthermore, a topic he has experienced first-hand through a professional athletic career that started when he was 17.
