fair game uk statement
Fair Game UK today announces that Niall Couper will be stepping down from his role as Chief Executive Officer.
Niall has played a central role in shaping and advancing Fair Game’s mission, bringing energy, commitment, and leadership to the organisation over a number of years.
Under his leadership, Fair Game has strengthened its voice and influence across the game, including the development of key initiatives such as the Fair Game Index, the Fair Game Conference, and its wider advocacy work.
Niall has taken the decision to step down in order to pursue a new challenge and focus on building a new challenger organisation. The Board respects this decision and recognises that, as the organisation continues to evolve, its strategic direction and Niall’s personal vision are no longer fully aligned.
John Kerr, chairman of Fair Game UK, said: "We are grateful to Niall for his dedication, leadership, and the significant contribution he has made to Fair Game. He has helped lay strong foundations for the organisation, and we wish him every success in his next chapter."
Niall said: "It has been a privilege to lead Fair Game and to work alongside so many passionate and committed people. I am proud of what we have achieved together and look forward to the organisation continuing to grow and succeed in the years ahead."
The transition has been agreed amicably, and both parties remain committed to ensuring a smooth and positive handover.
