Nico is the founder of The Sustainability Coach, a consulting firm for sports organisations with which he has been fighting for more sustainable thinking in various sports since 2021. In 2022 he joined RESPONSIBALL to support their efforts to promote ESG in football. He's also a guest lecturer at the University of Applied Science in the Grisons as well as in Lucerne, Switzerland. -

Vitas has a master’s degree in international relations and a focus on sports development, diplomacy and the environment. He also has a background in grassroots coaching, having coached in both the US and Spain. He is a Madridista. Currently Vitas volunteers for Fair Game, Fossil Free Football and Glory Magazine.
